Cancellation & Refund Policy

At VEGAMOX INDIA PVT LTD, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to make cancellations and refunds as seamless as possible. Please review the following policy details for cancellations and refunds:
1. General Cancellations
- Order Cancellation Timing: Cancellations are accepted if requested immediately after placing an order. However, once an order has been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process has begun, the cancellation request may not be entertained.
- Exclusions: We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or food. However, if there is an issue with the product quality, a refund or replacement may be arranged upon verification.
2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receipt. The item will undergo a quality check by the merchant, after which a refund or replacement decision will be made.
- If the received product differs significantly from its description or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving it. After reviewing your complaint, an appropriate action will be determined.
3. Manufacturer Warranty
- For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we advise contacting the manufacturer directly for any issues.
4. Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 16-30 business days.
